Wonderful small hotel, the stay was really really nice, unbeatable location easy to find with lots of restaurants nearby. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with SmarTV features and a super comfy bed and a separate living space, which I really appreciated. Very amiable and customer-oriented staff gave advice on things to do. I greatly enjoyed the venue overall.

Very Limited parking....we had to use the back door and there was not appropriate lighting... I complained to the service desk the first night and they said it would be fixed by the next night, the next night it wasn't done either I was told it would have to wait till Monday

Jacksonville's food scene didn't disappoint! I found the most amazing homemade ice cream nearby-it's a scoop of pure happiness. Plus, the Dunkin' not far away was a lifesaver for my caffeine fix. As for the hotel, the bed in my King Room was super comfy! I felt relaxed.

The Hotel was clean, the Hot Breakfast Bar was excellent, the staff was courteous and helpful. The area had plenty of eating choices and shopping venues. I will be staying Next Year for my annual Georgia / Florida Game.
